Handyman in Fox Chase

I’m Tony, and I work around Fox Chase. The houses up here are older and heavier than the rest of the Northeast — stone and brick fronts, mature trees, deeper lots. Good bones, but they need a different hand than a new build: you find out what is behind a wall before you drill into it, not after.

I find the stud or the solid course first, use the fixing the wall actually calls for, and I would rather tell you a job needs a licensed trade than open something I shouldn’t. It is just me, based a few minutes away — no crew through the house, no dispatcher between us.
